AKHT16 Hydraulic Buffer 1.60 m/s
General Hydraulics & PneumaticsAKHT16 is the 1.60 m/s maximum-speed model in the Aspar/Aksoz hydraulic buffer family. According to the user manual the stroke is 195 mm, minimum load 500 kg and maximum load 2050 kg. The energy-dissipating hydraulic buffer is used only on lifts and use must comply with EN 81. The piston works inside a metering tube; oil viscosity class is ISO 46 (Hydro Oil 46). Operating temperature is -10 to +60°C. A CE certificate is published for AKHT16 and AKHT20.

Special MachineryThe standard model basket is used on flat facades without recesses. Basket load capacity is 240 kg and self-weight is 270 kg. Two 1 kW motors provide vertical travel; Ø8 galvanized steel rope is used and excess rope is wound on a drum. The door group is steel box profile; other parts are aluminum. The basket has two safety (blockstop) brakes, two overload switches, four upper switches and two lower level switches; vertical and roof machine movements are controlled from inside the basket.

Special MachineryDesigned to deliver personnel into facade recesses, typically used for recesses of 2 m and above. It opens hydraulically like scissors to extend the basket into the recess; balance is maintained by counterweights opening in the opposite direction. Safe access for recesses from 2 m to 5.5 m. Load capacity 240 kg; basket weight 980–1300 kg depending on opening length. Uses Ø10 6×19 galvanized rope and two 1.5 kW motors rated 1500 kg; hydraulic opening is manual or electric.
