TTT Casting
TTT-casting, founded in 2022 in Konya OIZ, pours 1–50 kg ductile and grey iron on 3,500 m²; capacity 1,800 t/year.
About
TTT-casting was established in 2022 under the same roof to meet the casting needs of TTT-auto, and started operations after making the sector’s technological investments.
On 3,500 m² of indoor area it produces ductile iron and cast iron parts from 1 kg to 50 kg, under contemporary working conditions in line with international norms.
Production uses a jacketed automatic moulding machine and pouring line of 600×700 mm at 60 moulds/hour, a fully automatic sand plant of 18 t/h, and induction melting furnaces of 2×1 t/h. Annual casting capacity is 1,800 tonnes.
From incoming material to finished part, production uses pattern design, casting simulation, moulding-sand tests, pre-pour spectral analysis, and post-cast metallographic and mechanical tests so that parts cover the technical features of the originals. A filter system of 90,000 m³/h ventilates furnaces and the shop.

Grey Iron Castings
Grey-iron parts of 1–50 kg are produced with ductile iron in TTT-casting’s range. A jacketed automatic moulding line of 600×700 mm at 60 moulds/hour and an 18 t/h sand plant are used. The foundry was set up in 2022 under the same roof to supply TTT-auto.
Automotive Supplier Castings
TTT-casting was established to meet TTT-auto’s casting need; parts are produced to cover the technical features of the originals. TTT-auto manufactures brake-caliper repair kits for heavy-duty vehicles. Castings are 1–50 kg ductile and grey iron at 1,800 t/year.
Ductile Iron Castings (1–50 kg)
TTT-casting produces ductile-iron and grey-iron parts from 1 kg to 50 kg on 3,500 m² indoor area. Annual capacity is 1,800 tonnes. From incoming material to the finished part, pattern design, casting simulation, sand tests, spectral analysis and metallographic and mechanical tests are applied.
Services
Induction Melting
Melting is on induction furnaces of 2×1 t/h. Annual casting capacity is 1,800 tonnes. A 90,000 m³/h filter system ventilates furnaces and the shop. Piece weight is 1–50 kg in ductile and grey iron.
Automatic Moulding Line
Production uses a jacketed automatic moulding machine and pouring line of 600×700 mm at 60 moulds/hour. An 18 t/h fully automatic sand plant feeds the line. Ductile and grey iron parts of 1–50 kg are poured on this line at 1,800 t/year.
Spectral and Metallographic Testing
Pre-pour spectral analysis of the melt and post-cast metallographic and mechanical tests are applied. Pattern design, casting simulation and moulding-sand tests are also part of the process. The aim is that products cover all technical features of the original parts.
