Dissolver Mixer
This multi-purpose mixer is designed for different mixing jobs in pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and similar industries. Size and/or power change with the product. It has at least two agitators and can be extended to four. A lifting head separates the lid from the tank for easier cleaning. Standard tank volume is 200–2000 litres, adjustable on request. A homogenizer can be fitted under the tank; optional PLC adds vacuum, speed, pressure and temperature control. Main drive 5.5–75 kW at 1400 rpm; hydraulic power unit 4 kW.
Linear Semi-Automatic Filling Machine
On the linear semi-automatic filler, fill weight is set from the control panel. Bottom filling is optional. The machine mounts easily on an external line. Fill settings are made on a touch panel. It is built with servo or hydraulic pistons. Automatic level filling capacity is 150 litres. Clamp fittings on the fill valve and nozzles come off for cleaning. SAY-END lists this model in its construction-chemicals liquid filling group.
Vacuum Mixer
The vacuum mixer is a high-speed mixer/disperser designed for mixing and for pre-dispersion/dispersion of solids in liquids over a wide viscosity range. Mixers are designed for movable kettles and tanks of various volumes, with various motor powers and construction parameters. A laboratory example on the site is 1–2 litres with two 0.55 kW 1500 rpm motors. SAY-END lists this model in its construction-chemicals liquid mixer group.

Turnkey Mixing Plant
SAY-END’s professional team works from design through manufacturing to installation on all turnkey projects. Independent machine solutions and turnkey projects are developed per job. Kettle Discharge Press
The hydraulic press is developed to discharge high-viscosity products that cannot flow under their own weight from production kettles, safely and efficiently. It is designed to work with vacuum dissolver, butterfly dissolver and planetary mixer systems. SAY-END lists it in the kettle-discharge press group, especially for construction-chemical products.
Machine Installation and Commissioning
SAY-END works through to installation and takes responsibility on turnkey projects. Dissolvers, vacuum mixers, fillers and kettle discharge presses are installed on site. Tank volume, motor power and PLC process control (vacuum, speed, pressure, temperature) are set to the customer. After installation, long-term cooperation and service with partners is the aim.
