Machinery Installation and CommissioningSAY-END works through to installation and takes responsibility on turnkey projects. Dissolvers, vacuum mixers, fillers and kettle discharge presses are installed on site. Tank volume, motor power and PLC process control (vacuum, speed, pressure, temperature) are set to the customer. It manufactures manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic block machines with 12- or 18-cavity pressing capacity, and also builds plant equipment such as mixers, overlapping conveyors, lifting elevators and automation panels. PLC and HMI handle cycle control, recipes, alarms and operator screens matched to the process; servo, drives and hydraulic-pneumatic motion are integrated with line synchronisation. The built system is installed on site and prepared for production through I/O checks, safety tests and process trials.

Custom machine production is the making of hydraulic systems and gang-saw clamps for tensioning blades on marble gang saws. Incoming material with analysis reports is tested in the in-house laboratory before production; the stated mission is to deliver applications and solutions that meet customer needs on time.
