Linear Semi-Automatic Filling Machine
Mixers ProductOn the linear semi-automatic filler, fill weight is set from the control panel. Bottom filling is optional. The machine mounts easily on an external line. Fill settings are made on a touch panel. It is built with servo or hydraulic pistons. Automatic level filling capacity is 150 litres. Mixers ProductThis multi-purpose mixer is designed for different mixing jobs in pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and similar industries. Size and/or power change with the product. It has at least two agitators and can be extended to four. A lifting head separates the lid from the tank for easier cleaning. Standard tank volume is 200–2000 litres, adjustable on request. A homogenizer can be fitted under the tank; optional PLC adds vacuum, speed, pressure and temperature control. Main drive 5.5–75 kW at 1400 rpm; hydraulic power unit 4 kW.
