Special MachineryThe standard model basket is used on flat facades without recesses. Basket load capacity is 240 kg and self-weight is 270 kg. Two 1 kW motors provide vertical travel; Ø8 galvanized steel rope is used and excess rope is wound on a drum. The door group is steel box profile; other parts are aluminum. The basket has two safety (blockstop) brakes, two overload switches, four upper switches and two lower level switches; vertical and roof machine movements are controlled from inside the basket.

18-Cavity Bims Block Machine
Special MachineryAn automatic bims (pumice-block) machine that moulds 18 blocks per cycle for high-capacity plants, using hydraulic pressing and vibration to form compact, homogeneous blocks. Each cycle moulds 18 blocks in a 3×6 layout; cycle time is 16–20 s and daily output is around 30,000 pieces depending on shifts. Standard block size is 200×400×185 mm, changeable with other mould sets.
