BX-NP 03 is a protective glove with a 13-gauge polyester liner and nitrile half coating. It is abrasion-resistant, REACH-compliant and silicone-free. DX-267V FFP2 NR D Valved Respirator

DX-267V is an FFP2 NR D valved respirator effective against fine dust and oil- and water-based particles. Its meltblown filter layer produced with hydro-charging technology is specified for high filtration with low breathing resistance. It conforms to EN 149:2001+A1:2009 FFP2 NR D and the (EU) 2016/425 PPE regulation. The mask has a conical body, a full-side soft nose foam, a nose clip that keeps its shape in repeated use, a four-point adjustable headband and a helmet-compatible design. LS-3700 is a reusable silicone half-face mask designed by MFA for professionals working in harsh conditions. Protective Eyewear Manufacturing

Bayem Group started BAYMAX protective-eyewear production in 2018 with 10 staff and now runs medical and safety-glasses manufacturing with 350 personnel and 650 SKUs for Turkey and nearby markets. Models use polycarbonate lenses, autoclave sterilisation (121 °C, 15–20 min) and optional anti-fog/scratch coatings. Body colour can be specified on high-volume orders. Production follows European standards; ISO 9001 and product CE certificates are published.

Safety Footwear Manufacturing

Baymax started safety-footwear production at factories in Düzce (Çevrik Mah. 168. Sokak No:8, Cumayeri) and Bartın, with 170 protective-shoe types and a stated capacity of 2,000,000 pairs. The BX-09 GOLDEN line uses a water-resistant leather upper, 200 J steel toecap, 1100 N steel midsole on S3, and a direct-injected PU/PU SR FO HI CI outsole in sizes 36–48. Products were shown at the Istanbul Hardware Fair and at A+A Düsseldorf 2023.

Custom Size, Colour and Coating PPE Manufacturing

On safety glasses, body colour can be chosen for high-volume orders and scratch-resistant or anti-fog lens coatings applied on request. BX-NP 03 gloves are produced regularly in sizes 9–10 and in sizes 7–11 on customer request, packed as a single OPP pair or 12-piece polybag. These made-to-order size, colour and coating options are run as custom PPE manufacturing, with REACH compliance and CE documentation.

Respiratory Protective Product Test Laboratory

On its About page MFA states that it is the only firm in Turkey able to run EU-standard conformity tests in its Respiratory Protective Products Test Laboratory. The laboratory supports testing of CE-certified dust masks with and without valves, half-face and full-face gas masks and gas filters against relevant European standards, including EN 149:2001+A1:2009. It is described as part of the control system MFA has set from raw material through production, together with its quality policy.

Respiratory Protective Equipment R&D

The FUBA R&D Center is presented on the MFA site as a unit registered by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, granted R&D Center status in 2025. Twenty-two engineers and technicians work on respiratory protective product development, materials research, testing and validation. The published portfolio includes a domestic CBRN mask and filter, 30- and 60-minute oxygen self-rescuers, a carbon monoxide filter and a civilian emergency escape mask, alongside TÜBİTAK-backed and multi-partner international projects.
