Thermal-Break Window, Door and Façade Profiles

Alunet manufactures thermal-break profiles for windows, doors, industrial and garage doors and façades. Thermal-break systems use polyamide to interrupt heat conduction along the aluminium profile, improving energy efficiency, limiting internal condensation and allowing a different finish on the outside and inside. The range covers production through surface finishing and on-time delivery.

Modular Strut and System Profiles

Strut profiles for mechanical and plant engineering are pressed, sawn, anodised and packed to customer specification. The range includes conveyor and handling, crane and lift, and cargo-control profiles. The modular aluminium profile systems are compatible with each other and torsion-resistant, and are used for assembly and test workstations as well as furniture systems.

Aluminium Tube

Aluminium tube is Konveyor’s main fluid carrier in refrigeration and HVAC systems. The Manisa OSB 4th-section plant at Yusuf Sarıbekir Cad. No:4 produces on 25,000 m² indoor. It is used in refrigerators, tumble dryers, cookers, air conditioners and heat pumps. Diameter and wall thickness are extruded to OEM specification.

Precision extruded aluminium tubes are made for refrigeration and automotive industries. Korel draws these tubes in five plants on about 65,000 m2 of covered area. The Manisa plant is one of the MOSB-listed production sites. Diameter and wall thickness follow the customer EN norm.

Custom Aluminium Extrusion

Alunet extrudes customer-specific aluminium profiles on presses from 5 inch 8 MN up to 10 inch 40 MN. Alloys include EN AW 6060, EN AW 6063, EN AW 6005A and EN AW 6082. Billets up to 254 mm diameter are pre-heated to 500 °C and pressed through the die at up to 300 bar. Lengths are stretched, cut to customer length up to 25 metres and heat-treated in ovens before further fabrication.

Anodising and Powder Coating

Alunet anodises and powder-coats aluminium in-house. The powder-coating plant has a capacity of 9,000 tons and paints profiles up to 8 metres under full automation. The anodising plant has a capacity of 19,000 tons and processes profiles up to 7.5 metres, with black and silver colour options plus E3 polishing and E2 brushing. Vibratory finishing is used for deburring, polishing and surface smoothing.

Tube End Forming

Tube end forming is part of the innovative solution Konveyor offers for tubular needs. The Manisa line presses and bends ends. IATF 16949 applies on automotive tubes too. End type follows the connection drawing.
