Front Seat Metal Frame

Per our Metal page, Diniz Adient manufactures automotive seat metal structures and supplies OEMs and complete-seat plants such as Renault X98 Clio IV front seat frames, Honda Elele rear cushion wireframes and Ford Otosan Eskişehir cargo seat frames. Processes include press shop, robotic MAG welding, robotic and CNC spot welding, a front cushion crimping–flaring line and paint shop. Modular designs with steel and hybrid materials aim to simplify and strengthen structures while cutting weight.

Seat Mechanisms and Structure Parts

Our Metal portfolio covers front and rear structures plus standardized tracks, recliners, height adjusters and locks that fit together as modular designs. Innovative steel and hybrid materials target up to 25 percent lower structure and mechanism weight without sacrificing strength, with thinner lighter components. We integrate these into systems for automakers and complete-seat plants including Adient Bursa, Adient Rosny (Paris) and Adient Novo Mesto.

Ford Otosan

Stamping Die Development

Engineering at the Ford Otosan Tool and Die Shop starts with feasibility simulations that identify non-viable areas and propose alternatives. Springback analysis in design reduces errors while surface analysis and virtual manufacturing improve panel quality and production fit. Real-time data for work and performance tracking supports agile, digitally enabled project management. Pressing operations for the Ford Transit and Ford Trucks families, including facelifts, are managed together with service suppliers, and die production continues for Ford commercial, heavy commercial and passenger vehicles as well as other brands.
