Sheet-Die Manufacturing

Sheet-die manufacturing has been Sarıgözoğlu’s core service since 1957. Design starts with simulation and ends with tryout. The Manisa OSB plant runs the tool room. Dies are machined to the OEM part drawing and tonnage. The Manisa OSB plant at Mustafa Kemal Blvd No:7 hosts this line.

Ford Otosan

Stamping Die Development

Engineering at the Ford Otosan Tool and Die Shop starts with feasibility simulations that identify non-viable areas and propose alternatives. Springback analysis in design reduces errors while surface analysis and virtual manufacturing improve panel quality and production fit. Real-time data for work and performance tracking supports agile, digitally enabled project management. Pressing operations for the Ford Transit and Ford Trucks families, including facelifts, are managed together with service suppliers, and die production continues for Ford commercial, heavy commercial and passenger vehicles as well as other brands.

The slitting line slits automotive and appliance coils to customer width. CR, GI and PO grades are offered at the Hasanağa OSB Nilüfer plant. Slitting, CTL and blanking sit together in the 170,000 t/year service centre. Source: posco.com.tr services.
