Adopting customer satisfaction as a principle, the company produces transfer, progressive, tandem, cutting, forming and deep-drawing molds and sheet-metal parts for domestic and foreign customers. Business areas are white goods, automotive, heating-cooling and electric-electronic key industries.

Deep-drawing dies are in Kalmaksan’s cutting-forming-deep-drawing group. They are supplied as sheet-part dies to white-goods and automotive OEMs. ISO 9001:2015 covers this production. Draw depth is designed to sheet thickness and material flow.
Progressive Die
Progressive dies are a core item in Kalmaksan’s transfer-progressive-tandem family. They are made for white goods, automotive, HVAC and electric-electronic OEMs. They are machined in a 20,000 m2 indoor factory in Manisa OSB. Station layout follows part operations.
Transfer Die
Transfer dies are a separate heading on Kalmaksan’s corporate page. Project-focused processes in metal forming and joining are written in the mission. They are made on the 25,000 m2 open-area site. Transfer pitch is set to the press line.

Die Manufacturing
Die manufacturing has been Kalmaksan’s core service since 1987. Transfer, progressive, tandem, cutting, forming and deep-drawing dies are made in Manisa OSB. DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 is certified. The die is machined to the customer press park.
Die Design
Die design is described on the site with automation-oriented designs. Kalmaksan keeps a solution-partner principle toward the customer. R&D and technological capability are written in the vision. The 3D model is issued to part and press data.
Sheet-Part Production
Sheet-metal part production runs with die manufacturing. The press shop works in 20,000 m2 indoor area at the Manisa factory. Serial parts are stamped for white-goods and automotive OEMs. Lot size follows the order and die life.
