Commercial Range

Commercial ranges can be manufactured from 1 m² fixed sizes or custom dimensions on request. Outer cladding is AISI 304 (18/8 Cr/Ni) stainless steel. Burner and oven counts vary with size. Legs are height-adjustable. Available for LPG and natural gas (DG). Example models: KZ-G/1 (1 m², LPG 3/8" or DG 1/2", heat capacity 37.5 kW), KZ-G/1.5 (1.5 m²) and KZ-G/2 (2 m²).

Convection Oven

The oven is manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. Electric and gas heating models are available; gas models can run on LPG or natural gas. Tray capacity options for GN 1/1 pans (external 530x325 mm) are 6, 10, 20 or 40 trays. Internal fans provide even heat distribution. A water jet enables humidification. The machine complies with TS EN 60335-42.

Fully Automatic Washer-Extractor - 20 KG (KOCYS 20KG)

Outer cladding and all surfaces in contact with laundry and water are AISI 304 (18/8 Cr-Ni) stainless steel. The frame is electrostatic powder-coated box profile. There are 15 fixed and 10 custom programs by laundry condition, saving detergent, water, electricity and time. Wash, extract and boil functions are combined in one unit. Programs are selected or created via a touch panel. Speeds are inverter-controlled; safety switches stop the machine on excessive vibration. Built to TS2000 with first-class safety systems.

Custom Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing

Kromlüks manufactures hundreds of stainless-steel industrial kitchen equipment types in-house: worktables with or without sinks, preparation units, cooking systems (convection ovens, ranges, fryers, floor cookers), dishwashing machines (500/1000/2000 dishes/hour), refrigeration cabinets and laundry machines.
