CS Cold Room Sandwich Panel TZL

The CS cold-room panel is made for food processing, freezers, pharma, cold stores and clean rooms. A bacteria-resistant coating and double tongue-and-groove joint are used. Useful widths 1000–1080–1100 mm; SmartCore/PIR Elite 41±2 kg/m³, PIR 40±2; thickness 80–150 mm. λ is 0.019 (SmartCore) and 0.022–0.024 W/mK (PIR); reaction to fire B-s1,d0 / B-s2,d0. Production is in Tuzla, Istanbul.

N5T Mineral Wool Roof Sandwich Panel

Assan Panel N5T mineral-wool roof panel reached 3 h 49 min load-bearing, integrity and insulation in fire tests (REI 180). Useful width 1000 mm, length from 3 m; wool 100±10 kg/m³, thickness 50–150 mm, λ 0.043 W/mK (EN 13165), Rw ≥ 30 dB. It is produced at Balıkesir. Minimum roof pitch is published as 1.5%.

EPDM Insulation Part

EPDM is among the insulation materials MND converts, alone or with other materials and double-sided tapes. It is used on air-conditioners, refrigerators, vehicle engines, bus interiors, HVAC and LCD panels. The Manisa converter plant has made these parts since 1999. Thickness and adhesive type follow the application.

Solar-Ready Roof Panel Solution

Solar-capped panels are made ready for PV mounting with clamps, without drilling the sandwich face. The About page lists solar-ready panels in the range. Length and thickness are cut to the project at Tuzla and other plants. Solar energy is a separate solutions heading on the site.

Klevostar Removable Pad Turbine and Equipment Insulation

Klevostar removable-pad insulation for turbines, machines and equipment is intended to cut energy loss with pads that can be taken off and refitted for maintenance. Pads are made to the equipment geometry and fastened with screws or ties. The system is used on textile dyeing machines, boiler-front insulation and exhaust lines that need frequent access. Kıvanç Group’s engineering division installs the system on site.

Spray-Applied Turbine and Equipment Insulation

Spray-applied insulation is chosen for energy saving, occupational safety and a rigid insulation surface. It is preferred on steam turbines that are not dismantled for long periods and do not need frequent opening. Heat-resistant granular materials, especially rock wool, are applied through a dedicated machine so the shell is covered without gaps; a high-temperature render and oil-repellent coating complete the system.

Lamination lines run at maximum 1600 mm width, hot and cold, on more than 10 lines. Self-adhesive materials and layering are the subject of this service. MND’s Manisa plant takes 100% of its energy from about 4 MW of solar. Layer order follows the customer recipe.

Acoustic insulation felts are cut to reduce noise and vibration. Automotive and white-goods parts are blanked on the Manisa converting line to the customer tool. Exports go to more than 30 countries. Cutting follows the part drawing and grammage.

Felt production has been Punteks’s core activity since 1995. A process that started with textile-waste recycling becomes thermobonded felt. Manisa and Torbalı plants cover 45,000 m². Grammage is produced in the 500–3000 g/m² range.
