Exterior Trim
The exterior trim family covers front bumper, rear side bumper, step, fender and reinforced injection-molded exterior body parts. These items listed on the activity pages target passenger and commercial vehicle exterior applications and are supported by injection molding capability.

NVH Systems
NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) parts for passenger and commercial vehicles: dash inner, bitumen dampers, wheel arch, floor insulators, gearbox/engine tunnel, engine noise insulators, transmission noise shields and felt-based insulation materials. Solutions cover the process from raw material to finished product, matching the NVH product groups listed on the company activity pages.

OEM Automotive Product Development
OEM-oriented NVH and interior/exterior trim product development, drawing on a technical assistance heritage (Rieter, Sommer Allibert/Faurecia) and a Full System Supplier approach. Engineering responds to localisation and new-part requests with process management from raw material to finished product.
Automotive R&D and Design
The Formfleks R&D Centre develops lighter, environmentally friendly, cost-optimized new-generation solutions for automotive and white goods, and works on mould/machine design and automation projects for its own production lines. Founded in 2019, the centre supports NVH and interior trim product development toward Full System Supplier status.
Automotive Supply Service
Just in Time automotive supply and manufacturing service for vehicle makers. NVH, interior trim, exterior trim and heat shield/under-body cover parts are supplied from Bursa OSB, Gölcük and DOSAB sites in Türkiye plus production points in Oran, Algeria and Craiova, Romania.
