Hydraulic System Solutions

Şenbak Makina manufactures hydraulic systems for tensioning the saw blades that cut block stone on gang saws in the marble sector. The hydraulic system solution covers the tensioning unit, clamp set and pump line; it has been built since 1977 under Ahmet Şenbak at the 5,000 m² İzmir Torbalı OSB plant to international standards. Incoming material with analysis reports is laboratory-tested before production.

Hydraulic System Design

The gang-saw hydraulic tensioning assembly is designed to tension blades that cut block stone on the machine. Şenbak configures the hydraulic unit, gauge and clamp layout for 10-ton and 12-ton tensioning lines and for 11 mm block-stone duty. Design and manufacture run at the 5,000 m² plant in İzmir Torbalı Organized Industrial Zone; production starts after laboratory testing of incoming material.
