Stainless Steel Fitting

After moving to its 2,000 m² plant in Beylikdüzü OSB, Puntaş began in-house manufacture of stainless-steel fittings. Fitting production was added in 2010. Parts go through hydraulic press, punch press and a three-stage quality check before shipment.

Plate Heat Exchanger

Plate heat exchangers have a higher overall heat-transfer coefficient than shell-and-tube units because the thin plates that separate the two fluids cut heat loss. Corrugated plates make the flow turbulent. ExperPHE units made at Puntaş follow pressure-vessel rules; gaskets are EPDM, NBR and Viton and plate stock is certified European sheet. Grades 304, 316 and titanium are processed to ISO quality; units carry a 2-year warranty.

Evaporator

Evaporators sit on Fabak’s product tree with cooling pipes and hot-gas parts. They are designed and made as heat-transfer components for cooling and white goods. The Manisa Ahmet Nazif Zorlu Boulevard plant has applied ISO 9001 since 2005. Coil size and capacity follow the appliance cooling load.

Puntaş inspects during production so reliability and strength are confirmed before shipment. Goods are released only after a three-stage quality approval. ExperPHE exchanger production follows pressure-vessel rules; ISO 9001 and CE certification were completed in 2012.
