Panel Radiator Manufacturing

Die design and production is named on Fabak’s site with machining and defence magazines. New-product development in the R&D department is among the company’s priorities. The 6,000 m² Manisa plant has hosted this manufacturing since 1994. The die is designed to the cooling or defence part process.

Machining

Panel Radiator Manufacturing

Machining is listed beside white-goods cooling components among Fabak’s activities. The Manisa OSB Ahmet Nazif Zorlu Boulevard plant runs this machining with die and magazine production. RoHS-certified materials are machined. Operations are programmed to the part drawing and tolerance.

Plate Heat Exchanger Maintenance

Heat Exchangers Service

Tanpera offers professional maintenance on site or in the workshop for every heat exchanger brand and model — especially Tanpera, Danfoss, and Sondex. The process covers plate disassembly, wear/scaling/deformation checks, chemical cleaning of plate surfaces, gasket renewal with original or compatible gaskets when needed, hanger-bar inspection and adjustment, and delivery after system tests. Plate, gasket, heating-element, and anode supply and replacement are part of the service offering. For clean fluids an annual inspection may suffice; for scale or biofilm risk, plate cleaning every 6–12 months is recommended.

Custom Heat Exchanger Design and Fabrication

Heat Exchangers Service

From the customer drawing or from a stated duty, Konuk Isı designs and builds custom heat exchangers to TEMA and ASME Division VIII. Materials are selected with the project team and consulting university staff according to the service. Shell expansion joints are sized to absorb thermal growth during heat transfer. SMAW, TIG and MAG-MIG welds are made by internationally certified welders; EN ISO 3834-2 welding qualification was obtained in 2016. A thermal test laboratory and HTRI/HTFS ratings support the design.

Turnkey Cooling Tower and Pump Station

Heat Exchangers Service

Konuk Isı engineers design turnkey cooling towers and pump stations. Civil, architectural, structural, piping, mechanical installation and electrical drawings are prepared to the client specification. After approval come civil works; pumps, butterfly valves, plate exchangers, filters and foot valves; flow, temperature, pressure and level instruments; MCC, PLC and compensation panels and cabling. The plant is handed over after hydrostatic tests on piping, PLC automation and field motor/instrument checks.
