Pharmaceutical R&D and Formulation Development

The GEN R&D Center, located inside the plant in ASO OIZ 2 with 1,200 m² of laboratories, received Ministry of Industry and Technology R&D center approval in 2019. Formulation and analytical development labs work on sterile forms (lyophilized vials, sterile solutions), nano carrier systems, semi-solids (cream, ointment, lotion) and solid orals (tablet, capsule, sachet). Analytical method development and in-process control laboratories are also part of the center.

Elimko established its Calibration Laboratory in 1996 to support R&D and quality control. The laboratory was accredited by TURKAK to TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 in 2003 (Accreditation No. AB-0001-K). TURKAK has multilateral agreements with EA and mutual recognition with ILAC for calibration certificates.
