The KPM-25 paver machine works by hydraulic press and mechanical vibration. A prefabricated base-element machine and a concrete lathe are also in the catalogue. The plant is in İkitelli OSB Esenler Sanayi Sitesi. They serve pavers and circular concrete products.

Plata Formwork Panel

Plata is a plastic formwork panel developed to answer cost, reuse count, stripping, consumables, maintenance, storage, supply, recycling and chemical resistance versus wood, steel and PVC. It is LAM’s panel line from a company that has made ribbed-slab moulds since 2004. Product development with ITU targets the economical and functional needs of construction. Production is in the integrated Çorlu plant.

Production, shipment and erection of prefabricated elements of different sections are done. Daily concrete capacity is 200 m³. The Muradiye 5th Street plant is 26,000 m². Span follows project engineering.

It is third in Turkey and first in the Aegean in stick-system production. Prefabricated elements of different sections and sizes are made. The Muradiye plant is rated 90,000 m³/year. Section follows the structural calculation.

Artificial marble slab is the single-layer slab Çapra first made in Turkey in 1998. Sizes from 33x33 to 40x80 are pressed at Atatürk Bulvarı No:1, Manisa OSB. Used in floor and facade cladding. Colour and pattern follow project palette.

Railway sleepers are produced in precast concrete. TCDD-type works are among the references. Pretensioned capacity exists at Polatlı and Yenice. The pallets page states special pallet design to customer request. Auxiliary tooling is made in the 150–3600 mm diameter range. The workshop is İkitelli OSB Esenler Sanayi 15th Block 12 Başakşehir. Compatibility with any pipe-machine brand is claimed.

Project consulting is offered for ribbed-slab mould selection, sizing and concrete-saving calculations. Design and product development were carried out jointly with Istanbul Technical University.
