ÇAPRA İnşaat Malzemeleri, operating in Manisa, combined nearly half a century of industrial tile experience with modern technology in September 1998 to produce single-layer artificial marble slab and achieved a first in Turkey. Introducing the construction sector to world innovations, ÇAPRA combined past experience with latest Italian technology for ideal floor solutions.
Artificial marble, precast materials, washbeton, curb tile and special products with top quality standards are widely used in floor and facade cladding. Plants can produce 250,000 m2 of floor covering per year. ÇAPRA also offers precast elements such as stair treads, windowsills, copings, curbs and thresholds. Wave pattern, arch pattern and artificial basalt floors give architects unlimited design freedom.

Precast Curb
Precast curb is Çapra’s item in road and landscape precast elements. Made in the same plant as stair treads, windowsills and copings. The Manisa OSB line casts the concrete element. Length and radius are molded to project size.
Artificial Marble Slab
Artificial marble slab is the single-layer slab Çapra first made in Turkey in 1998. Sizes from 33x33 to 40x80 are pressed at Atatürk Bulvarı No:1, Manisa OSB. Used in floor and facade cladding. Colour and pattern follow project palette.
Washbeton Floor Tile
Washbeton floor tile is made single- and double-layer. Used with curb tile in park and garden applications. The line rated 250,000 m²/year presses this product. Surface texture is machined to slip class.

Precast-element production covers stair treads, windowsills, copings, curbs and thresholds. Çapra offers wide alternatives. The Manisa Atatürk Bulvarı plant casts elements. Rebar is placed to project statics.
Project-Based Artificial Marble
Project-based artificial marble offers custom production in size, shape, colour, pattern and texture for architects. Çapra states a solution-partnership model. The Manisa OSB line presses after sample approval. Mold pattern is prepared to project drawing.
Floor-Tile Manufacturing
Floor-tile manufacturing is done in 33x33, 40x40, 50x50, 30x60, 40x60 and 40x80 sizes. Manisa OSB states 250,000 m²/year capacity. Single- and double-layer washbeton included. Press parameters follow size and thickness.
