9" Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser

The 9" disc diffuser is an aeration element installed on the floor of biological treatment tanks in a grid pattern, releasing air as fine bubbles through thousands of micro-slits in the membrane. On a 230 mm effective diameter there are 6800 slits; membrane material can be EPDM or silicone. The one-way membrane prevents sludge backflow when the system stops. Effective area is 0.039 m² and weight 0.65 kg; used in domestic and industrial activated sludge, MBR and SBR aeration grids.

APD1100 Plate Diffuser

The APD1100 plate diffuser is a fine-bubble aeration element whose rectangular body allows denser floor coverage than disc diffusers. It offers 0.20 m² effective area on a 185×1070 mm membrane surface with a 2-25 m³/h capacity range. EPDM and silicone membranes are available. It is preferred for deep activated-sludge tanks, plants with diurnal load swings and biological aeration ahead of MBR, delivering higher air capacity per connection point.

ATD-63 Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser

The ATD-63 tube diffuser is a fine-bubble aeration element with a 63 mm cylindrical body that mounts directly on the air distribution pipe. It suits narrow and deep tanks without a separate floor grid. Membrane options are EPDM, silicone, PTFE and HTPU; capacity is 0-40 m³/h and effective area 0.05-0.2 m². Suitable for partial grid upgrades, chemically aggressive industrial wastewater and plants planned for staged capacity growth.

Filtered Electrostatic Powder Booths

ACROTECH filtered electrostatic powder booths work by powder sticking to the filter under fan suction. German HV filters hold particles down to 10 microns. Automatic pulse valves knock powder back into the booth; it is sieved under the booth and returned to the gun. Paint recovery is stated up to 95%. Standard filter size Ø320×600 mm, 10 m² per filter, radial suction fans and automatic reverse-pressure pulsing are listed.

Cartridge Dust Collection Systems

ACROTECH dust collection systems filter process dust and particles at high efficiency. Filtration capacity is stated up to 99.9%; they also recover coating material. Cyclone Dust Separator Systems

The ACROTECH cyclone recovers more than 96% of inlet powder by centrifugal force. Dirty air enters the body and spirals down; particles are thrown to the wall. Clean air leaves up the centre tube. An automatic sieve under the cone recovers powder for reuse. Outlet direction is set by a damper. ATEX suitability for potentially explosive dust is stated. In cyclone booths, extracted powder particles are flung into the cyclone body by a 180-degree centrifugal spin.

GRINDEX Grinding Dust Extractors

GRINDEX is made for dry grinding and tool sharpening, and for places where incandescent particles could damage filters. A water pre-separator extinguishes sparks before they reach the filter, cutting fire risk and pocket blinding. A manual mechanical shaker keeps efficiency. Extracted air can be returned to the room. Stationary Filter Units (IPERJET DF)

IPERJET DF is fitted with horizontal cartridges for welding fumes, fine and coarse dust, small particles and fumes from thermal cutting. It is for indoor use. Where local rules allow, filtered air can be returned to the room to save energy. A separator zone at the inlet drops most dust into the first tank; remaining dust is filtered into a second tank. UAS® RP modular U-TEX dust collectors are added together to reach the required capacity. Standard filters are U-TEX PTFE-coated cartridges. Wall-Mounted Auto-Clean U-TEX Filter Units

Wall-mounted auto-clean U-TEX units work by surface filtration. Cartridges are PTFE-coated so dust is separated before it enters the media. The system is intended for welding-fume extraction. Cartridges are cleaned automatically with compressed air through rotary blowers. Cleaned air is returned to the room at 99.9%. One-arm model: 2,200 m³/h fan, 1,200 m³/h capture, 1.5 kW. HCM-55 Filtered Grinding-Welding Tables

The U-TEX cartridge cleans dirty air at 98% and returns it to the work area. A flame-arresting pre-filter and a washable metal filter form a three-stage spark trap before the filter chamber.
