RP Modular U-TEX Cartridge Dust Collectors

UAS® RP modular U-TEX dust collectors are added together to reach the required capacity. Standard filters are U-TEX PTFE-coated cartridges. Units work by surface filtration and collect dust and emissions. Dirty cartridges are cleaned automatically by compressed-air nozzles with electronic sensing. Standard models: RP-2 2600 m³/h / 35 m² / 3 kW through RP-8 10400 m³/h / 140 m² / 15 kW. Dust bin 100 litres. Compressed air 6 bar – 80 l/min. Used on laser-plasma cutting tables, foundry, automotive, welding, metal polishing and blasting.

Wall-Mounted Auto-Clean U-TEX Filter Units

Wall-mounted auto-clean U-TEX units work by surface filtration. Cartridges are PTFE-coated so dust is separated before it enters the media. The system is intended for welding-fume extraction. Cartridges are cleaned automatically with compressed air through rotary blowers. Cleaned air is returned to the room at 99.9%. One-arm model: 2,200 m³/h fan, 1,200 m³/h capture, 1.5 kW. Two-arm: 3,000 m³/h fan, 2×1,000 m³/h, 3 kW. Arms from 2 to 10 m can be fitted. Production of wall-mounted stationary welding-smoke filters started in Turkey in 1992.

HCM-55 Filtered Grinding-Welding Tables

The U-TEX cartridge cleans dirty air at 98% and returns it to the work area. A flame-arresting pre-filter and a washable metal filter form a three-stage spark trap before the filter chamber. Operation is surface filtration. Cartridges are pulse-cleaned at 6 bar. The S235JR steel grate is hot-dip galvanized to DIN 24537 and DIN EN ISO 1461. Fan 5000 m³/h, motor 5.5 kW 3000 rpm, 67 dB(A), max load 1000 kg, size 900×1500×900 mm. Uses: welding, grinding, deburring, polishing, blasting, plasma cutting.

Externally Articulated Acrobat Arm – WEX PRO

WELDUST WEX PRO externally articulated acrobat arms are mechanical arms that provide the removal of welding fumes and harmful gases from the environment in industrial areas and central ventilation systems. The suction hood is positioned close to the source of the fumes or harmful gases and provides regional suction with the help of aspirators. Externally articulated acrobat arms are more preferred in dust collection systems. Our WELDUST WEX PRO Externally articulated Acrobat Arms model is produced in 2 meters and 3 meters. Thanks to the ergonomic design of our WEX model, it can rotate 180 degrees without disturbing the worker and is very useful for local suction.

Short delivery times are listed on the about page as a customer-satisfaction point. Product pages list on/off switch, warning lamps, 5 m mains cable and cable holder as standard.
