HPL Modular Wall Panels
Veykon cleanroom wall panels are made by closing both faces of a custom aluminum frame with 4 mm HPL (High Pressure Laminate) compact laminate; the cavity is filled optionally with rock wool or high-density EPS. The outer face is non-dust-holding, does not allow bacterial growth and is easy to clean. Special joining profiles and gaskets let panels be mounted and demounted independently while remaining airtight, which helps during installation and later revisions.
Cleanroom Doors
VEYKON YAPI cleanroom doors are produced as single-leaf, double-leaf and hermetic sliding doors, glazed or unglazed, in required sizes. An interlock system programmes door scenarios in airlocks. The leaf body is HPL panel, the frame anodised aluminium, handles stainless steel. The product ships in the same airtight joint language as the wall panels.
Tempered Glass Wall Panels
Transparent tempered-glass cleanroom wall panels are formed by closing both faces of a custom aluminium frame with 6 mm clear tempered glass. The glass is toughened against breakage and all sharp edges are factory-rounded. Special joining profiles and gaskets allow airtight, independent mounting and demounting, which helps during installation and later revisions.
