White Masterbatch

White masterbatch is one of the four main production groups. On the modern mono-masterbatch line, pigments with high fastness, excellent dispersion and low filter pressure are processed with PP and PE carrier systems by end use. Supplied as feedstock for carpet, BCF & CF yarn, nonwoven and plastics (cable, injection, film) from the 4,000 ton/year Gaziantep 5th OIZ plant.

Colored Polypropylene Masterbatch

High-pigment colored masterbatches with excellent dispersion, high heat resistance, strong lightfastness and gloss. Brightness and opacity matter because color masterbatch completes product appearance. Quality is determined by the Carbon Black they contain and the production processes; they must possess harmonious dispersion and sufficient concentration. Used in film packaging, pipes, automotive, compound, panels, injection, cables, etc. P-Type products provide extra UV effect and flawless dispersion.

Laboratory Color Matching and Sampling

The in-house laboratory is equipped with technical instruments including a spectrophotometer. Trained staff prepare samples and match colors quickly and precisely. Quality control covers every production stage; the same care is given before and after sales. This service secures color accuracy for high-concentration masterbatch production.

Pigment-to-Mono Masterbatch Production

Besides tailor-made masterbatch, mono masterbatch is produced from pigment in-house. The laboratory is based on three elements: quality control, new colour studies and R&D. Every product manufactured in-house goes through quality control; the process is active 24 hours.
