Metal packaging solutions with CoilWrap, ProfileWrap, RapWeave and RapFilm wrap steel coils and profiles with less material and faster packing than traditional methods. RapWeave polyolefin woven fabric resists tearing and provides VCI corrosion protection. Overlap is adjusted to shipping conditions; structures are antistatic and recyclable. Applications include slit sheet, galvanized stock, wire, tubular metals and aluminium plate/profiles.

Export Packaging Support
CLIMAfol® aluminium-barrier packaging stabilises the pack atmosphere for overseas shipments; VCI inner faces or desiccants may be used. Barrier protection against moisture, salt, rain and dust and long-term protection up to about ten years are stated on the site. Full wrapping, dry/clean products and vacuum/air evacuation checks are emphasised for export packing. CLIMA barrier combined with VCI film/paper manages long-haul corrosion risk.

Application engineers help prepare and pack trial shipments on site. Shipments are inspected and evaluated by a global ZERUST® representative at the destination. On-site support is delivered through representatives worldwide to help ensure solution effectiveness.

Laboratory Testing
ZERUST® can test the effectiveness of a proposed corrosion-management system under simulated extreme climate conditions at ZERUST®/EXCOR® support centers worldwide. Qualified customers are offered comprehensive corrosion consulting and laboratory testing services. The services page covers cyclic, salt-spray, humidity and similar lab tests plus training; formal quotes are requested via the ZERUST® team. NTIC may also offer additional services including product design.

Metal Corrosion Protection
VCI film, stretch, Flex paper (130 g/m² crepe, multimetal), DESOIL VCI oils and ALPACK triplex barrier protect metal surfaces in shipping and storage. VCI molecules spread as vapor and form a protective layer between metal and moisture/corrosive gases. Barrier + VCI combinations support oil-free clean shipping and long storage. Product selection targets automotive, defense and electronics applications.
