About
Totoform A.S. was build by Totomak A.S. in 1999. Totomak is a metal machining company with %99 export business specialized in the precision machining of various metals including cast iron, forged steel, steel bar/tube as well as fixture design and production. Totomak operates in two plants; one (center) is in Turkey, and the other is in Mexico.
And Totoform is the sister company of Totomak. Totoform imports VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors) packaging materials and sells in domestic market. We are Turkish representative of MetPro Group and selling MetPro's VCI packaging materials in domestic market. Also we produce VCI PE films and bags by MetPro's masterbatches in Turkey. Now we have more than 300 customers in machining sector in domestic market, and selling them MetPro's quality materials.

CoilWrap Metal Protection
CoilWrap© or ProfileWrap© is a single-substrate metal packaging system that saves time and material versus traditional films that may need 70% or double overlap. RapWeave is a polyolefin woven fabric with tear resistance for large strip-steel coils and provides vapor and contact corrosion protection for steel strip, black plate, galvanized stock, rod, tubes and aluminum plate and profiles. Overlap can be set about 15–50% by shipping conditions. MetPro VCI technology can be incorporated; the fabric is stronger than conventional stretch film and is antistatic and recyclable.
Climacor VCI Film
Things at rest will rust. Products may lie at rest for years in warehouses, containers or exhibition halls; corrosion problems also arise in harsh transportation and varying climates. Since 1997, MetPro has developed and produced VCI products. VCI film fits multi-metallic, ferrous, non-ferrous, cast iron and copper applications, long and short term. The film eliminates the need for oils and liquids, leaving metal clean and dry. Films are nitrite-free, tested by accredited laboratories, and production plants are ISO 9001:2008 certified. Climacor® VCI films are among the most effective corrosion-protection solutions and can be tailored to product, storage and transport needs.
Corotex VCI Paper
COROTEX© Paper – spread the vapor, not the rust. With over 60 years of knowledge, Corotex® VCI corrosion inhibitor papers are among the most innovative metalworking corrosion-protection technologies. MetPro VCI products are nitrite-free and laboratory-tested for long-term protection of steel, cast iron, chrome, copper, brass and zinc. They can replace protective oils and liquids; remove the paper and use the part immediately. Products meet TRGS 900, TRGS 615 and other industry standards. Corotex papers were developed especially for storage and transport of iron and non-iron metals.

Export Packaging Support
CLIMAfol® aluminium-barrier packaging stabilises the pack atmosphere for overseas shipments; VCI inner faces or desiccants may be used. Barrier protection against moisture, salt, rain and dust and long-term protection up to about ten years are stated on the site. Full wrapping, dry/clean products and vacuum/air evacuation checks are emphasised for export packing. CLIMA barrier combined with VCI film/paper manages long-haul corrosion risk.
Metal Packaging Solutions
Metal packaging solutions with CoilWrap, ProfileWrap, RapWeave and RapFilm wrap steel coils and profiles with less material and faster packing than traditional methods. RapWeave polyolefin woven fabric resists tearing and provides VCI corrosion protection. Overlap is adjusted to shipping conditions; structures are antistatic and recyclable. Applications include slit sheet, galvanized stock, wire, tubular metals and aluminium plate/profiles.
VCI Packaging Consultancy
The technical team has experience in corrosion management and control; accelerated corrosion tests are available. Climacor® VCI film and Corotex® VCI paper solutions are developed with customers to meet application needs. Multi-metallic, ferrous and non-ferrous options and long/short-term protection are assessed. VCI film and paper reduce reliance on oils and liquids so metal leaves clean, dry and ready for use.
