Custom Steel Profile Fabrication
Custom Steel FabricationUp to 4,000 tons of steel per month is processed for ground and carport solar mounting, on over 10 roll-form lines plus an in-house slitting line. Manufacturable sections are C, U, Z, Sigma C+ and Sigma+. Materials processed are black sheet, pre-galvanized, Magnelis and Posmac. Production runs in EN 1090-certified facilities with traceability from raw material procurement to final installation. Carport structures use HDG or static powder coating, with multiple colour options.

Accredited Temperature Calibration Service
Engineering Services ServiceElimko established its Calibration Laboratory in 1996 to support R&D and quality control. The laboratory was accredited by TURKAK to TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 in 2003 (Accreditation No. AB-0001-K). TURKAK has multilateral agreements with EA and mutual recognition with ILAC for calibration certificates. The Elimko Temperature Calibration Center provides accredited calibration for industrial temperature instruments and sensors.

ADESS GROUP provides design and engineering for pressure equipment, heat transfer and structural systems, turning process requirements into manufacturable, code-compliant designs. Capabilities include thermal and process design (HTRI), mechanical design (Compress, PV Elite), finite element analysis (FEA), AutoCAD and 3D modeling, ASME, TEMA, API and PED codes, as-built and MDR documentation, and reverse engineering and revamps. The workflow runs from concept and basic design through detailed engineering with 3D modeling, analysis and simulation, then design review and approval before fabrication.

Pressure Vessel Design Engineering
Engineering Services ServiceProduct and pressure vessel calculations are performed with Visual Vessel Design in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive, EN 13445 and related international standards. Designs are checked for pressure, strength and safety before production and released only after technical data are verified. Design-approval certificates exist for special designs, and type-approval covers Ø114, Ø140 and Ø168 flat covers. Flanges, ODS, NPT and other connections are machined on CNC lathes and machining centres to drawings. After assembly, products undergo dimensional, visual and functional checks, are labelled under CE 2014/68/EU, and ship with a product-specific Declaration of Conformity and user manuals.

Engineering Services ServiceFrom site surveys and on-site measurements through cost analysis, system design, assembly, installation, commissioning, and supervision, Tanpera supports projects end to end. Before installation, hydraulic connections, filtration, and expansion solutions are planned to match the project design; during commissioning, pressure testing, flow adjustment, and temperature control are performed. The technical team provides field support and user training.
