Automation EngineeringElimko’s Systems Contracting division manufactures and engineers projects at its 30,000 m² factory in ASO 2nd OIZ, Temelli / Ankara. With nearly half a century of experience, Elimko-Sistem delivers custom automatic control applications and complete turnkey plants. Using current technology it builds computer-supervised systems with professional PLCs together with its own microcontroller-based instruments. Complete solutions cover raw-material blending plants, dosing-belt and belt-scale systems, steel-mill automation, asphalt plants, concrete batching plants and autoclave control systems.

Maintenance Services ServiceSince its early years Elimko has provided reliable after-sales technical support for the instruments, sensors and complete automatic control systems it manufactures and installs. It later extended the same care to products of the principals it represents. Engineer and technician teams support turnkey automatic control systems, electronic instruments, sensors and represented brands. Elimko also acts as the authorized Turkey service for the ABB Instrumentation group. Service staff visit plants on a scheduled basis and provide on-site support.

Engineering Services ServiceComplete thermal, mechanical and structural design services validated against ASME, TEMA, API and PED codes. ADESS GROUP provides design and engineering for pressure equipment, heat transfer and structural systems, turning process requirements into manufacturable, code-compliant designs. Capabilities include thermal and process design (HTRI), mechanical design (Compress, PV Elite), finite element analysis (FEA), AutoCAD and 3D modeling, ASME, TEMA, API and PED codes, as-built and MDR documentation, and reverse engineering and revamps. Pressure Vessel Design Engineering
Engineering Services ServiceProduct and pressure vessel calculations are performed with Visual Vessel Design in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive, EN 13445 and related international standards. Designs are checked for pressure, strength and safety before production and released only after technical data are verified. Design-approval certificates exist for special designs, and type-approval covers Ø114, Ø140 and Ø168 flat covers. Flanges, ODS, NPT and other connections are machined on CNC lathes and machining centres to drawings. After assembly, products undergo dimensional, visual and functional checks, are labelled under CE 2014/68/EU, and ship with a product-specific Declaration of Conformity and user manuals.

Engineering Services ServiceFrom site surveys and on-site measurements through cost analysis, system design, assembly, installation, commissioning, and supervision, Tanpera supports projects end to end. Before installation, hydraulic connections, filtration, and expansion solutions are planned to match the project design; during commissioning, pressure testing, flow adjustment, and temperature control are performed. The technical team provides field support and user training. With energy-recovery solutions and a range including economizers, recuperators, Combox, boilers, heat exchangers, and pumped expansion tanks, a project-specific engineering approach is applied to new investments and system renewals.
