With our automated laser cutting cells we can cut aluminum, stainless steel and steel with little set-up. Our 5 axis laser has a 6th axis which allows us the capability of cutting round and shaped tubing. The manufacture page lists Mazak Space Gear laser 2,500 watt 5 axis capability, 5' x 10' sheet capacity, with FMS load/unload and tube cutting capabilities.

Sheet cutting is chosen from accuracy, material, thickness, tolerance and volume. Avrasya Galvaniz prepares plate with guillotine, laser, plasma and oxy cutting to drawing sizes and geometry. Thickness, grade, dimensions and quantity are set first; if parts will be bent, welded or assembled, the nest follows those steps. Orders need size, grade, thickness, quantity and a drawing when available; cut parts then go to the next process or dispatch.

The fiber laser cuts black, galvanized and stainless sheet plus aluminium plate up to 20 mm on a 2,500 x 6,000 mm bed; CNC cutting also covers hollow sections up to 200 x 200 mm and tubes up to 219 mm diameter at lengths to 6,000 mm. Within the steel service center, plasma lines on 3,000 x 13,000 mm and 3,800 x 13,500 mm beds cut up to 30 mm by CNC plasma and 30–80 mm by CNC oxy-fuel.
