Solar Plant Installation EngineeringFor trapezoidal sheet, sandwich panel, tile, flat roof and standing-seam rooftop solar applications, the construction system is selected after static load and seismic calculations. On sandwich panel roofs, purlin spacings are calculated and leak-tight installation is required. On standing-seam roofs, clamps are attached to the seam wings and tightened from the side without drilling; horizontal or vertical members are chosen according to panel layout.

Avrasya Galvaniz prepares plate with guillotine, laser, plasma and oxy cutting to drawing sizes and geometry. Thickness, grade, dimensions and quantity are set first; if parts will be bent, welded or assembled, the nest follows those steps. Orders need size, grade, thickness, quantity and a drawing when available; cut parts then go to the next process or dispatch.

Fiber Laser CuttingThe fiber laser cuts black, galvanized and stainless sheet plus aluminium plate up to 20 mm on a 2,500 x 6,000 mm bed; CNC cutting also covers hollow sections up to 200 x 200 mm and tubes up to 219 mm diameter at lengths to 6,000 mm. Within the steel service center, plasma lines on 3,000 x 13,000 mm and 3,800 x 13,500 mm beds cut up to 30 mm by CNC plasma and 30–80 mm by CNC oxy-fuel.
