Hydraulic Power Unit Manufacturing
Compact or industrial, fixed or variable displacement, explosion-proof or marine type hydraulic power units are produced machine-specifically under the HT brand in the company's own workshop. Units are designed to the technical values set by specialists, can work integrated with PLC systems and offer easy maintenance; elevator power units are included.
Hydraulic Bollard Barrier
Hydraulically retractable bollard barriers for entry and exit control are engineered to regional conditions and customer requirements and manufactured in-house. They are produced in groups of two, three, four or any required number for public and private institutions, and installation is also provided by Hidroteknik.
Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing
Hydraulic cylinders to ISO norms or in special types to project values are designed and produced in-house under the HT brand with a CNC machine park. Single-stage and telescopic cylinders are made for mining, elevators, mobile hydraulics and other needs; cylinder mounting blocks are produced in-house and KASTAŞ seals are used.
Services
Hydraulic Hose Pressing and Piping
Hydraulic hose pressing and piping to international norms, mainly for mobile hydraulics, is carried out in the hose pressing workshop and on site when needed. Every hose line produced is tagged with a uniquely coded label in the HTS Hidroteknik Tracking System, recording hose type, diameter, length and fitting details.
Hydraulic System Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul
Maintenance, repair and overhaul of machine lines running on hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power, above all the hydraulic components the company manufactures, is carried out in-house. Periodic maintenance and fast troubleshooting are provided by a service team able to respond to emergency breakdowns, including hydraulic cylinder and unit overhaul.
Custom Machine Design and Manufacturing
Engineering solutions are provided for specific machine building requests: hydraulic and pneumatic custom machines are designed and produced in the company's own factory under the HT and Powerlift brands. A load-sensitive work table keeping a hydraulic platform at working level on a production line and a car parking lift were engineered and built in this scope.
