Apparel OEM ManufacturingOEM/private-label sock manufacturing to brand specifications for model, size, yarn, colour and packing. Capacity exceeds 30,000 pairs per day across eight sock families; knitting, rosso toe closing, boarding, pairing and QC run in-house. Packing covers wrap bands, hooks, 3–6 packs, gift boxes and e-commerce polybags with branding and per-SKU barcodes. Quotes with pair prices are returned within one working day; shipping is supported EXW/FOB/CPT with documents.

Sock knitting production service
Knitting ProductionEnd-to-end sock knitting production from cone to carton: brief, knitted sample, yarn-colour-packing sign-off, knit and pair, then pack and ship. Needle count is chosen from 96N to 200N; higher gauges give finer fabric and sharper logo definition. Main fibres may be cotton, mercerised cotton, bamboo viscose, wool blend or recycled cotton, always with polyamide and elastane. Stock patterns start from 300 pairs; custom jacquard programmes from 1,000 pairs.

Apparel Design and Product DevelopmentCategory, quantity and specs are taken via the quote form or phone; a price is prepared and, after approval, a sample is produced within 48 hours. Samples can be shipped or collected; series production starts after sample approval. Lead time is 7–14 working days up to 500 pieces, 14–21 working days for 500–2000, and a custom plan above 2000. Sizes XS–4XL (34–60); Pantone colours, pocket/zip changes and custom models can be applied at sampling. Quote response is targeted within one working day.
