Kids & baby socks
Kids and baby socks from 0–6 months to teen sizes, with cheerful colours, optional ABS anti-slip soles and seamless (rosso) toes for small feet. Standard two-size steps or a customer size chart can be applied. Knitting, toe closing, pairing and packing are done in the Istanbul plant; 3–6 packs and e-commerce polybags can carry branded barcodes. Custom-knit programmes start at 1,000 pairs per design per colourway.
Men's dress / business socks
Fine-gauge mercerised cotton men's dress socks with a silk touch, knitted on 200 needles in suit-friendly colours. Packaging options include wrap bands or boxes. Polyamide and elastane are used for fit and shape retention; private-label runs can add brand bands, hooks or gift boxes. Knitted photo samples take about one week; bulk follows 3–5 weeks after approval.
Sports & athletic socks
Cushioned terry soles, arch support bands, crew and ankle heights — the high-volume sports and athletic sock family. Knitting, rosso toe closing, pairing and packing are completed on the same Istanbul floor. Depending on the programme, combed cotton, Coolmax-type polyester or recycled polyester blends run with polyamide and elastane; needle count is selected from 96N to 200N.

Sock knitting production service
End-to-end sock knitting production from cone to carton: brief, knitted sample, yarn-colour-packing sign-off, knit and pair, then pack and ship. Needle count is chosen from 96N to 200N; higher gauges give finer fabric and sharper logo definition. Main fibres may be cotton, mercerised cotton, bamboo viscose, wool blend or recycled cotton, always with polyamide and elastane. Stock patterns start from 300 pairs; custom jacquard programmes from 1,000 pairs.
Jacquard logo & custom knit
For corporate, merch and team socks, logos and patterns are knitted into the fabric as jacquard, loop by loop, in up to six yarn colours per design. PNG, SVG, PDF or sketches are digitised into a stitch map and a real knitted photo sample is sent in about one week. Printing is offered for fine photographic artwork. After approval, banded, hooked or boxed private-label bulk ships in 3–5 weeks; custom-knit MOQ is 1,000 pairs per design per colourway.
Private label / OEM sock manufacturing
OEM/private-label sock manufacturing to brand specifications for model, size, yarn, colour and packing. Capacity exceeds 30,000 pairs per day across eight sock families; knitting, rosso toe closing, boarding, pairing and QC run in-house. Packing covers wrap bands, hooks, 3–6 packs, gift boxes and e-commerce polybags with branding and per-SKU barcodes. Quotes with pair prices are returned within one working day; shipping is supported EXW/FOB/CPT with documents.
