Kuzey Kalıp runs plastic aerosol-cap production from mold to serial molding under one roof. Deodorant, shaving foam, air-freshener, shaped/flat, two-colour, trigger-compatible and actuator caps are engineered for seal integrity, dimensional accuracy, surface quality and filling-line fit. Material is PP; high-precision injection presses with colour and weight/tolerance control keep batch quality stable. Standard-model MOQ typically ranges from 300,000 to 2,500,000 pcs.
