Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment ServiceThe heat treatment line has 2 heat treatment furnaces with a total capacity of 1250 kg/h (750 kg/h and 500 kg/h). The furnaces have PLC-controlled dephosphating systems and are Tofaş approved. The mechanical properties of cold forged bolts, screws and special parts are achieved on this line.

Laboratory and 100% Quality Control
Fittings ServiceThe laboratory has a tensile tester for yield and tensile strength, spectral analysis, a 1000x microscope, Eddy-Current surface crack detection, Rockwell and micro Vickers hardness testers, profile projection and a 3-gas analyser. In the 86 m² 100% inspection area, entire lots are checked with machine and visual sorting stations.

CNC Machining ServiceMachining of large parts with 55 tons of lifting capacity. The CNC boring mill (Bohrwerk) handles 20-ton workpieces with 3000 / 2400 / 2500 mm X/Y/Z travel; the NC vertical lathe handles 55 tons and Ø6600 × 400 mm, and the CNC vertical lathe 20 tons and Ø4300 × 2100 mm. CNC oxy-fuel cutting goes up to 300 mm thickness on a 3500 × 14500 mm table, and submerged arc welding up to 400 mm diameter and 300 mm wall thickness.
