Press Brake Bending ServiceHeavy-industry thick plate bending and precision thin sheet bending on three CNC press brakes: 6 metre 640 ton, 3 metre 320 ton and 3 metre 135 ton (Durma AD-S 30135). Capable of bending 20 mm+ Hardox and St52, ±0.1 degree precision, CNC control with 3D simulation. Trailer, crane, construction machinery chassis and Hardox armour steel parts are bent in one piece; black, DKP, stainless, aluminium, Hardox and Strenx materials are processed.

Sheet Metal Fabrication ServiceLaser cutting, bending, welding (MIG/MAG/TIG), assembly and painting are all managed under one roof. Gas-shielded and argon welding stations with MX500 Pulse water-cooled welding, robotic welding lines in the partner ecosystem, deep drawing, forming and die pressing on a 60 ton hydraulic press line; rivet and nut insertion, countersinking and tapping, assembly and packaging. Solidworks-supported project and design support is provided in DXF/DWG formats.
