Fiber Laser CuttingContract laser cutting for industrial companies in the Thrace region on a BODOR 4kW fiber laser (3000x1500 mm bed) with ±0.05 mm precision. Maximum thicknesses: black sheet (DKP/HRP) 20-25 mm, stainless steel 10-12 mm, aluminium 8-10 mm, brass/copper 6-8 mm. Thanks to a large sheet stock, projects from prototype to series production start without waiting for material supply.

Sheet Metal Fabrication ServiceLaser cutting, bending, welding (MIG/MAG/TIG), assembly and painting are all managed under one roof. Gas-shielded and argon welding stations with MX500 Pulse water-cooled welding, robotic welding lines in the partner ecosystem, deep drawing, forming and die pressing on a 60 ton hydraulic press line; rivet and nut insertion, countersinking and tapping, assembly and packaging. Solidworks-supported project and design support is provided in DXF/DWG formats.
