CNC Laser Cutting
General Laser CuttingTwo types of laser cutting, fiber laser and CO₂ laser, are performed at the Kemalpaşa factory. Thin to thick sheets of nickel alloys, steel, chrome, titanium, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass are cut. With CAD programs cuts are done quickly, parts can be cut in sets at the same time, and fixtures and dies are saved.

Stainless Coil Cut-to-Length
Metal Sheets ServiceStainless steel coils in the 0.40-10.00 mm thickness range are cut on cut-to-length lines according to customer requirements. Cut-to-length is carried out within international-standard tolerances on machines with high cutting quality. Plate package weights are calculated to customer tonnage, pallets are packed to be protected from external factors, and PVC protection can be applied simultaneously during cutting.
