Solar Steel StructureCarport systems for commercial or residential use are made of black steel with HDG or static powder coating, sized from site load conditions. Modules may be landscape or portrait and are compatible with varied PV panels. The structure supports EV charging, vehicle protection, waterproofing and cable management channels. Steel supply is up to 4,000 tons per month, supporting up to 100 MWp for ground and carport mounting, with quick installation and optional colours.

Roof Solar Carrier SystemRoof systems for trapezoidal and sandwich roofs are fastened with standard roof screws. Rails and clamps are aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; fasteners stainless A2-70; brackets stainless 304 and aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; sealing is EPDM. Module orientation is landscape or portrait. On-roof aluminium supply is 1,500 tons per month, processing EN-AW-6060, EN-AW-6063 and EN-AW-6082 with T5 and T6 heat treatment, for roof integration, waterproofing, aerodynamic design and quick installation.

The single-vehicle system holds 6 modules (about 3.5–4 kWp); the double-vehicle system holds 10 modules (about 6–6.5 kWp), in zinc-magnesium-aluminium coated steel. The modular layout scales from one bay to large parking areas and is compatible with EV charging infrastructure.

Ground-Mount GES Steel Structures
Solar Steel StructureGround-mount GES tables use driven or concrete-anchored posts with cold-formed galvanized C and U (Sigma, Plus) sections. On soft clay, galvanized C piles are rammed; on rock, posts are anchored to concrete pads. Purlin and post holes are punched to the module size (e.g. 545 W or 600 W) for kit assembly. Telescopic bolted feet and 3-5 cm oval slots take up slope. Single-axis tracker tables are also engineered and fabricated; on hillsides each row post length is calculated for stepped (terrace) layout facing south at the design tilt (e.g. 25-30 degrees).

Solar Steel StructureGround-fixed solar mounting systems are steel structures for open terrain. SM01 and SM02 are ground-driven systems with 2 vertical or 4 horizontal panels for large and medium-sized terrains. SM03 and SM04 use screw piles on irregular terrains; the screw piles have high-strength properties, can be used any time of the year and are not affected by wind or storm vibration. SM05–SM08 are concrete-base anchored or concrete-embedded column systems for sloped and loose ground. SM09 is a ground-driven single-column system used on hard ground to decrease the number of legs and cost. The high-level engineering design provides assembly and cost advantages.
