GES C, Z, U and Sigma Profile Systems
Panel Mounting ProfileGES profile systems are C, Z, U, Sigma, Plus and special-form steel purlins that hold PV modules at the design tilt and resist wind and snow loads. They are roll-formed to project length, 3D-modelled and punched for fully bolted, weld-free kit delivery. After cold forming, hot-dip galvanized members are dipped in a ~450°C zinc bath (e.g. 50-80 microns); pre-galvanized / Magnelis® / Macrolite® coil profiles add self-healing protection at cuts and holes. C sections are typically used as driven piles; lipped Z or Sigma sections as the main purlins. Oval slot holes of about 3-5 cm allow site level tolerance.

Industrial Rooftop PV Carrier Systems
Roof Solar Carrier SystemFor industrial rooftop PV, existing factory or warehouse roofs are surveyed: column and beam thicknesses are measured and GES dead load (module + rails) is added to snow load in the static model. If capacity is insufficient, light steel or aluminium alloy stiffeners are added to main columns or trusses. Standing-seam, trapezoidal or sandwich-panel clamps grip the ribs without drilling the sheet; mini rails, L feet and clamps are supplied. Thinner Magnelis® / ZM roll-formed profiles may be used to cut roof load. Site welding is avoided so the galvanizing stays intact; kits arrive pre-punched for bolted assembly.

Ground-Mounted PV Mounting Systems
Solar Steel StructureGround-mounted solar plants require structures designed for the site’s soil class, soil chemistry, wind, seismic and snow loads, and corrosion risk. Stark manufactures the structural elements accordingly, calculating each system for local wind, snow and seismic requirements. Structures are specified with C4-certified corrosion protection and accommodate both portrait and landscape PV module layouts.

Solar Carport Systems
Solar Steel StructureSolar carport systems for airports, shopping centres, hospitals and similar sites are project-specific steel structures with high strength and corrosion resistance. The single-vehicle system holds 6 modules (about 3.5–4 kWp); the double-vehicle system holds 10 modules (about 6–6.5 kWp), in zinc-magnesium-aluminium coated steel. The modular layout scales from one bay to large parking areas and is compatible with EV charging infrastructure.

Ground Systems
Solar Steel StructureGround-mounted systems are fastened by ramming, drilling or assembling on concrete, with landscape or portrait module orientation. Piles, beams and purlins are Magnelis, PosMAC or black sheet with HDG. Fasteners are stainless A2-70, Geomet or electro-galvanized; clamps are aluminium EN AW 6063-T6. C, U, Z, Sigma C+ and Sigma+ sections are produced with up to 4,000 tons of steel per month for ground optimization, wind and snow resistance and modular expansion.

Carport Systems
Solar Steel StructureCarport systems for commercial or residential use are made of black steel with HDG or static powder coating, sized from site load conditions. Modules may be landscape or portrait and are compatible with varied PV panels. The structure supports EV charging, vehicle protection, waterproofing and cable management channels. Steel supply is up to 4,000 tons per month, supporting up to 100 MWp for ground and carport mounting, with quick installation and optional colours.
