Product description

The casting refractories group consists of ladle linings, repair materials, coil grout materials and induction furnace linings (RF-5 PA, RF-5 PS). In neutral lining sintering, clean scrap is placed in the furnace after ramming; the scrap must not touch the former's side walls and the sintering former must be steel or stainless.

RB-85L Furnace Mouth Castable

Refractories Product

RB-85L is used as a mouth repair material in induction furnaces with acidic and neutral linings. Part is mixed with 3% water for a thick consistency and part with 8% water for a fluid consistency; it is applied once liquid metal reaches 1/3 of the total level and, since it hardens within 5-10 minutes, shaping is finished quickly.
