Quickstack Wet Wipe Converting Machine
Special MachineryQuickstack is a high-speed automatic wet wipe converting machine for flat pack production, with a full-servo structure, tool-less format changeover, online quality checks and Wipes in-Vision reporting. It processes flushable, dispersible and biodegradable substrates in interfolded and non-interfolded setups. Design speed is 800 cuts per minute, wipe output 9600 wipes per minute on Quickstack 12, stacking speed 160 stacks per minute, 12 slit rolls. Cut length 100–220 mm, folded width 70–150 mm, roll width 140–300 mm optionally up to 320 mm. Folding types Z, Z interfold and Modified V interfold; lotion dosing capacity maximum 40 L/min, wetting sensitivity less than 1.5 percent. Machine body 304L, product contact surfaces 316L stainless steel.

Acurapack 160 Flow Wrap Machine
Special MachineryAcurapack 160 is the fastest wet wipe flow wrap machine in the Acurapack series, designed for high-output flat pack, length fold and cross fold packaging. Design speed is up to 160 packs per minute; working speed up to 140 packs per minute for flat pack and up to 150 packs per minute for cross fold. It uses a double servo-operated crimper head, automatic film splice, smart product infeed and slip torque stack phasing conveyor. Special MachineryOSG HS is Aspar’s bi-directional overspeed governor in the elevator safety-equipment class. For type OSG HS the minimum rated speed is 2 m/s and the maximum rated speed is 3 m/s; the minimum sheave diameter is Ø300 mm and the rated rope diameter dnom is 6-8 mm. Bearings are double sealed ball bearings; travel direction is up and down. The governor is safety equipment under Lift Directive 2014/33/EU and complies with EN 81-20/50. Standard Model Cleaning Basket
Special MachineryThe standard model basket is used on flat facades without recesses. Basket load capacity is 240 kg and self-weight is 270 kg. Two 1 kW motors provide vertical travel; Ø8 galvanized steel rope is used and excess rope is wound on a drum. The door group is steel box profile; other parts are aluminum. The basket has two safety (blockstop) brakes, two overload switches, four upper switches and two lower level switches; vertical and roof machine movements are controlled from inside the basket.

Special MachineryDesigned to deliver personnel into facade recesses, typically used for recesses of 2 m and above. It opens hydraulically like scissors to extend the basket into the recess; balance is maintained by counterweights opening in the opposite direction. Safe access for recesses from 2 m to 5.5 m. Load capacity 240 kg; basket weight 980–1300 kg depending on opening length. Uses Ø10 6×19 galvanized rope and two 1.5 kW motors rated 1500 kg; hydraulic opening is manual or electric.
