Nonwoven FabricFersan produces high-filtration meltblown. In the melt-blown process, filaments are attenuated at the die tip with large volumes of high-temperature air while the polymer is still molten, which favours microfibre formation for filtration webs. Disposable uses cited include hygiene, wet wipes, medical/surgical and air filtration; durable uses include interlining, upholstery, bedding, footwear, coating/lamination, floor coverings, geotextiles, automotive and agriculture. Together with spunbond it also enters SMS dust-bag constructions.

Nonwoven FabricThree ultrasonic quilting machines developed by the in-house R&D team serve both the plant’s own needs and customer orders. The quilted fabrics are used first of all in dust bags and also in other sectors. The mill slits to requested sizes, produces all colours and winds to requested roll lengths. Diamond, dot and flower patterns are available.

Nonwoven FabricSenoco produces parallel-laid plain spunlace nonwoven fabric on its production line. Line width is adjustable from 100 mm to 3,200 mm; basis weight ranges from 33–86 gsm. Nonwoven FabricSenoco offers embossed pattern options on its spunlace line. Product type is parallel laid, with line width up to 3,200 mm and basis weight 33–86 gsm. Blends of cotton, viscose, polyester, PP and lyocell are possible, up to three fibres. The data sheet lists 10% CV–90% PES at 35 gsm and 38 gsm in embossed and big-dot variants. Quality control includes EDANA-aligned lab tests; shipment is in jumbo or roll form. Embossed surfaces are used in wipe and personal-care wipe applications for tactile and absorbent performance.

Nonwoven FabricAmong Senoco's production patterns is apertured (perforated) spunlace nonwoven fabric. With parallel laid web formation, line width is 100–3,200 mm and basis weight 33–86 gsm. Fibre options include cotton (max 25%), viscose, polyester, PP (max 25%) and lyocell, with up to three-fibre blends. Fabrics ship as jumbo or rolls and are checked with EDANA-aligned unit weight, thickness, tensile, composition and moisture tests. Microbiological bacteria and E. coli/coliform checks plus metal-detector line monitoring apply. Apertured structure is used for wipes, surface cleaning and medical wound-care applications.

The polypropylene (PP) base makes them light, durable and easy to process.
