Putzmeister P 715 TD
Special MachineryThe P 715 TD is the trailer-pump version. Theoretical output 4–17.4 m3/h, cylinder diameter 150 mm, two-cylinder hydraulically driven piston pump, pressure 68 bar. Three-cylinder Deutz diesel Deutz D L03 2011 34.5 kW, hopper 250/280 l, weight 1,850 kg, max aggregate 16 mm. Despite small size and low weight, 68 bar working pressure and 18 m3/s delivery prove it is a very powerful pump. The P 715 TD is a versatile pump conveying concrete up to 16 mm grain. The Putzmeister piston pump has a hard-chrome cylinder; patented automatic seals in the S-transfer pipe provide tightness. On the 34.5 kW DEUTZ F3M 2011 engine, air is drawn at the front of the hood and discharged at the rear so the motor is not exposed to dirt and dust.

For type OSG HS the minimum rated speed is 2 m/s and the maximum rated speed is 3 m/s; the minimum sheave diameter is Ø300 mm and the rated rope diameter dnom is 6-8 mm. Standard Model Cleaning Basket
Special MachineryThe standard model basket is used on flat facades without recesses. Basket load capacity is 240 kg and self-weight is 270 kg. Two 1 kW motors provide vertical travel; Ø8 galvanized steel rope is used and excess rope is wound on a drum. The door group is steel box profile; other parts are aluminum. The basket has two safety (blockstop) brakes, two overload switches, four upper switches and two lower level switches; vertical and roof machine movements are controlled from inside the basket.

Special MachineryDesigned to deliver personnel into facade recesses, typically used for recesses of 2 m and above. It opens hydraulically like scissors to extend the basket into the recess; balance is maintained by counterweights opening in the opposite direction. Safe access for recesses from 2 m to 5.5 m. Load capacity 240 kg; basket weight 980–1300 kg depending on opening length. Uses Ø10 6×19 galvanized rope and two 1.5 kW motors rated 1500 kg; hydraulic opening is manual or electric.
