Handheld inkjet printers are offered for plants without a fixed line, for low- or medium-volume production, or for marking products that cannot be moved. The light design, rechargeable battery and built-in touchscreen allow printing with the trigger. Text, date, time or counter settings are made on the device screen without a computer; maximum print height is 25.4 mm. Solvent-based ink cartridges are used for permanent, fast-drying marks on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, plastic, wood, glass and metal parts.

OSG HS Bi-Directional Overspeed Governor

OSG HS is Aspar’s bi-directional overspeed governor in the elevator safety-equipment class. For type OSG HS the minimum rated speed is 2 m/s and the maximum rated speed is 3 m/s; the minimum sheave diameter is Ø300 mm and the rated rope diameter dnom is 6-8 mm. Bearings are double sealed ball bearings; travel direction is up and down. The governor is safety equipment under Lift Directive 2014/33/EU and complies with EN 81-20/50. Standard Model Cleaning Basket

The standard model basket is used on flat facades without recesses. Basket load capacity is 240 kg and self-weight is 270 kg. Two 1 kW motors provide vertical travel; Ø8 galvanized steel rope is used and excess rope is wound on a drum. The door group is steel box profile; other parts are aluminum. The basket has two safety (blockstop) brakes, two overload switches, four upper switches and two lower level switches; vertical and roof machine movements are controlled from inside the basket.

Designed to deliver personnel into facade recesses, typically used for recesses of 2 m and above. It opens hydraulically like scissors to extend the basket into the recess; balance is maintained by counterweights opening in the opposite direction. Safe access for recesses from 2 m to 5.5 m. Load capacity 240 kg; basket weight 980–1300 kg depending on opening length. Uses Ø10 6×19 galvanized rope and two 1.5 kW motors rated 1500 kg; hydraulic opening is manual or electric.
