Aluminium Composite PanelBuilding material made of two aluminium sheets with a low-density polyethylene core; produced on a 4,500,000 m²/year line from sheets 0.20-0.50 mm thick and 1,000-1,500 mm wide. Offered under the Primebond, Durabond and Rallbond brands with PVDF, HDP and PE coatings; standard size 4×1250×3200 mm, and A2 and FR/B1 fire-retardant grades can be produced. Used on interior and exterior building facades, decoration and advertising boards.

Aluminum ProductAluminium billets produced with Wagstaff AirSlip casting technology in a casthouse with 135,000 tonnes annual capacity. Cast in 1050, 1070, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6463 and 6082 alloys, in 5"-10" (127-254 mm) diameters and up to 7 metres long; special alloys can be produced on request. After melting, alloying, degassing, filtration, casting, homogenisation and cooling, spectral analysis and microstructure checks are applied.

Profiles up to 14 metres long can be extruded and the plant holds an archive of more than 25,000 product dies. Annual profile capacity is 103,000 tons; all equipment parameters are recorded in proprietary software for traceability.
