Aluminum ProductAluminium billets produced with Wagstaff AirSlip casting technology in a casthouse with 135,000 tonnes annual capacity. Cast in 1050, 1070, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6463 and 6082 alloys, in 5"-10" (127-254 mm) diameters and up to 7 metres long; special alloys can be produced on request. After melting, alloying, degassing, filtration, casting, homogenisation and cooling, spectral analysis and microstructure checks are applied.

Aluminium Composite PanelAlutechbond aluminium composite panel consists of two aluminium sheets with a low-density polyethylene core and is used for interior and exterior building façades, decoration and advertising boards. It is produced single- or double-sided from 0.21, 0.30, 0.35, 0.40 and 0.50 mm sheets, 3,200 mm long and 1,000, 1,250, 1,500 and 2,000 mm wide; annual line capacity is 6,000,000 m².
