Gel is obtained by mixing different raw materials and reacting them at a set temperature. After reaction the structure stays flexible and durable without volume change; the bases are transparent and are coloured and softened to the customer’s request. Medical parts, insoles, foot-care products and mousepads are finished goods; gel also feeds high-density and memory-PU lines as a semi-finished input. High density and controllable flexibility make the parts light and durable.
