About
Since 1995 we have been proudly offering Zertum Natural Olive to our consumers. At our plant we produce under organic farming, quality, food-safety and environmental-safety standards the products we grow with care on our organic farm. A life close to nature brings producing, offering and sharing what we produce. Organic production happens only with respect for nature and when you take on the hardship of the soil willingly.
For us olive becomes valuable when it joins the taste on your table. With that belief our plant, founded by our woman producer Hürriyet Er with a European Union Rural Development Fund grant, continues as a family business.
Sharing all products from our organic garden, offering them to your taste and caring for our consumers’ health is our aim from yesterday to tomorrow. Our production plant is in Manisa Salihli Organized Industrial Zone on 11,000 m², with 3,000 m² enclosed, on the Izmir–Ankara highway. We also have a sales and storage centre in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul.
