With over 60 years of knowledge, Corotex® VCI corrosion inhibitor papers are among the most innovative metalworking corrosion-protection technologies. MetPro VCI products are nitrite-free and laboratory-tested for long-term protection of steel, cast iron, chrome, copper, brass and zinc. They can replace protective oils and liquids; remove the paper and use the part immediately. Products meet TRGS 900, TRGS 615 and other industry standards. Corotex papers were developed especially for storage and transport of iron and non-iron metals.

The metallic aluminium layer in the multi-layer construction almost completely blocks gas and moisture. Typical structure is VCI PE / Al film / PET; production to MIL-PRF-131K and MIL-B-131H is stated. Heat-sealable and vacuumable, with high mechanical strength for long storage and shipping.
